Contact TONA

Send your project requirements through the inquiry entrance, with a product reference and a clear description of the question you want to discuss.

Choose a product reference

Begin the contact request by naming the product category that matches your project. If you have already prepared a component number or drawing reference, include it with the product name. This gives the request an identifiable subject and helps distinguish it from a general browsing question. For a project involving several items, present a short list instead of describing the entire package as one unnamed composite product.

Explain the decision you need

Describe the question that prompted the inquiry. You may need to discuss a drawing interface, define a supply package or organize a quotation against an existing requirement. State what the project team has already approved and what remains open. A concise description of the decision needed is more useful than broad promotional wording, because it shows what information a response would need to address before the project can move forward.

Prepare supporting information

Use the current drawing revision and identify any reference image by the feature it represents. If the project is still at an early stage, label estimates and provisional dimensions as such. Provide the quantity basis and intended destination where they affect the commercial discussion. Keep unrelated purchasing requests separate so each can be connected to its own documents and review decisions rather than becoming a single thread with several unclear subjects.

Use the inquiry entrance

The inquiry entrance is the place to organize the project description and your contact details for the request. Provide your name and a usable email address for the discussion. Check the email spelling and review the product reference before submitting a completed request when the inquiry service is enabled. The site does not publish a telephone number or a direct contact email. Company location: Dangyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yichang, Hubei, China.

Keep a project record

Retain a copy of the requirements you prepare, especially when a drawing or quantity schedule may change later. Use the same item references in subsequent discussions and clearly identify revisions. If the inquiry develops into a quotation review, compare the offered scope with the documents originally sent and record changes before approval. This keeps the contact exchange connected to the project decision rather than leaving technical details scattered across several versions of the same request.
